Marcus Littles, Project Director

Marcus Littles has a background in nonprofit and philanthropic management as well as program and organizational development and assessment. He has experience working for and with community-based development organizations, youth development organizations, and philanthropic institutions. As a consultant with the TCC Group, Mr. Littles has been involved in planning projects for nonprofit organizations, corporate community involvement programs, and foundations, including the Coca-Cola Foundation, the City of Martinsville, Virginia, Ruth Mott Foundation, the Boys and Girls Harbor, and Goldman Sachs.

 

Prior to joining TCC, Mr. Littles served as a program associate in the Ford Foundation’s Community and Resource Development Unit. He also provided programmatic support for programs such as Youthbuild and Homeless Management Information Systems at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Additionally, his professional career and personal commitments have included management of a community-based youth development program, marketing and admissions at a higher education institution, and teaching seventh grade in a South African township. Mr. Littles holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Delaware’s School of Urban Affairs and Public Policy and received a bachelor’s in public relations and marketing from Auburn University.
