Kimaada Sills is a second-year graduate student at the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy. She is in the master of city and regional planning program with a concentration in community and economic development. Prior to joining IRCT, Ms. Sills volunteered with the social service agency Hope Inc., assisting with grant preparation and youth development programs. At IRCT, Ms. Sills manages a number of projects but works most closely with the YouthBuild Innovation and Replication Initiative and the Innovations in Local and Regional Economic Development Project.
Ms. Sills holds a bachelor of arts in communication and Africana studies from Rutgers University. Upon graduation Ms. Sills hopes to continue to explore the impact of programs such as Youthbuild in the field of community and economic development.
