The Bloustein School currently offers a variety of
continuing education opportunities through its research centers
and institutes. These offerings are geared towards students and

Bloustein
Online Continuing Education for Planners
Beginning in April 2005, the Bloustein School will offer online
courses in planning law and legal issues, leadership and management
and urban design and placemaking. The courses are designed for professionals,
researchers and instructors in the urban planning field.
The
John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development
The Heldrich Center has developed new technology applications to
meet the needs of the workforce and workplace. Based on extensive
research in the field, the Heldrich Center has entered into partnerships
with cutting-edge technology and human resource companies to develop
and offer state-of-the-art information technology tools to assist
job seekers, career center administrators, and policy-makers.
The National
Transit Institute (Alan M. Voorhees Transportation Center)
The National Transit Institute provides training, education, and
clearinghouse services for public transportation professionals and
associations across the United States.
Planning and Public Policy Certificate Programs
Undergraduate Programs Department offers four certificate programs for those interested in real estate, housing, community development, and land use: the Community Development Certificate, Real Estate Certificate, and Urban Planning Certificate.
