Erin Coughlin
Research Project Coordinator

Erin Coughlin joined CEEEP full-time as a research project coordinator in July 2008. During her graduate studies, Erin worked part-time at CEEEP, primarily conducting research on global warming and energy consumption. Prior to joining CEEEP, she interned at the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission and E/The Environmental Magazine. Erin has a Master of Public Policy from the Bloustein School with a concentration in environmental and energy policy, and a B.A. in international studies from Fairfield University.

Andrew Cottrell
Research Project Coordinator

Andrew Cottrell joined CEEEP as a research project coordinator in 2006, focusing on state energy policy and, primarily, energy efficiency program evaluation at the state level. Previously, he was a graduate assistant at CEEEP, where his main responsibilities were to determine the value of distributed resources in the local grid and wholesale markets in New Jersey. Prior to coming to CEEEP, he has worked at The Sustainable Development Fund in Philadelphia, Montauk Financial Group in Red Bank, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania Power and Light in Allentown, Pennsylvania. A 2004 graduate of Lafayette College (B.A., engineering), Andrew earned the M.P.P. degree from the Bloustein School, with a concentration in Applied Economics.

Jaci Trzaska
Research Project Coordinator

Jaci Trzaska joined CEEEP full time in July of 2007 as a research project coordinator. Previously, she worked at CEEEP part time on such projects as determining state Carbon Dioxide and criteria pollutant emissions, and the Energy Data Center. As a graduate student, Jaci received an Eagleton Fellowship and spent a semester interning at the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities. There she was involved in the Energy Master Plan and looking at hydroelectric power use in the state. Jaci has a B.S. in Meteorology from the State University of New York at Oswego and an M.S. in Atmosphere Science from the University of Arizona. She also worked at the Institute of Marine and Coastal Science at Rutgers University.
