LAND USE FOR MUNICIPAL PLANNING BOARDS AND ZONING BOARDS OF ADjUSTMENT

This course satisfies the requirements of the Basic Course in Land Use Law and Planning for municipal planning, zoning and combined board members under N.J.S.A. 40:55D-23.3.   The Department of Community Affairs recently extended the deadline for board members who were serving as of September 2006, and those individuals now have until March 31, 2008, to complete the training program.  

As an approved provider, the Center is offering the training in four locations during March.   Click on Schedule in the header above to view the dates and locations.   Each session will run from 9 am to 4pm.   

The registration fee for the course is $170 per person, which includes course materials, a continental breakfast and lunch.   To reserve a seat in the class, you must submit a completed registration form along with some form of payment--either credit card information, a check or a municipal voucher/purchase order.   Registrations submitted without payment will not be processed.   Registrations may be faxed to 732-932-3586 or sent to:
