New Initiatives and Service Expansions Interested In: Volunteer Outreach
Program - use individual volunteers, trained by the NRP staff, to raise
awareness about community service offered by our program. After receiving
direct instruction in all aspects of the program, they will attend organizational
meetings in an effort to inform interested groups of upcoming volunteer
opportunities. Our goal is to reach out to potential volunteers on a more
personal level by establishing face-to-face contact between the volunteers
and a representative of NRP. Through this interaction, we hope to promote
a better understanding of our program and to encourage greater participation
in the community service opportunities offered by NRP.
