Student Highlights
![]() Caitlin Sugrue Undergraduate student Caitlin Sugrue, a double-major in PPP and criminal justice, is one of four Rutgers nominees for a nationally prestigious Truman Scholarship. Her policy issue is the permitting of children on Sandy Hook National Park's Nude Beach.
MCRP student Amy K. Miller of Woodstown and MPP student Naomi B. Mueller of North Brunswick were presented Graduate Merit Awards by the Executive Women of New Jersey. The two were honored in September 2007 during the organization's Scholarship Dinner in West Orange.
Alyson Abbruzzi, an undergraduate public health major, won the New Jersey Public Health Association's Book PHair essay contest. She received the award in October at a ceremony held at William Paterson University.
PhD candidate Ana Baptista was awarded scholarship assistance by the ACSP to attend the association's 2007 conference in Milwaukee.
Doctoral candidate Rolando Herts was presented the Berkowitz Distinguished Service Award by Leadership Newark for his commitment to the Leadership Newark program and service to the greater Newark community. |
