If you are having a problem with your computer, you can install a program that will allow us to connect to your system remotely and troubleshoot a problem or provide you with instruction. The software does not create any security risks on your system, as you have to initialize the program and send a request to us in order for us to connect to your computer. After using the program for the first time, you will have an icon on your desktop for future reference.
