BOCEP Course Tracks
Tracks are a set of related courses in a knowledge area. Every course offered in BOCEP can be applied to at least one track. Students seeking Certificates of Completion must complete at least three courses in a track.
CDSE Community Development and Social Equity
Courses focus on housing, social justice, collaborative planning, and other similar issues.
EDRE Economic Development and Real Estate
Courses focus on tools and concepts to promote economically healthy communities.
PLLI Planning Law and Legal Issues
Courses address zoning, design regulations or the nuts and bolts of working in certain communities and similar topics.
PP Professional Practice
Courses explore the craft of our field. These courses help students become better leaders, managers, and professionals.

Smart Growth and Sustainable Development
Courses cover such issues as environmental planning, brownfields redevelopment, energy planning and other related topics.

UDP Urban Design and Placemaking
Courses explore topics such as site planning, New Urbanism, form-based codes, transit-oriented design and related topics.
