Duties
- School administrator for Human Resources and Payroll support operations including posting new positions, hiring/on-boarding of new and returning employees, medical and other leaves, terminations, retirements, reappointments, and promotions.
- Absence Reporting
- Travel and business expense reimbursements, travel advance requests
- Administers the needs of short and long-term visitors to the school including visa and health insurance management
- Oversees the processing of purchase orders for the Dean’s Office and smaller centers
- Maintain and monitor budgets for faculty/staff start-up funds, research funds, special project funds, moving/relocating funds
cash handling for reimbursements and student computer account increases for printing - Independent Service Provider Agreements
- Point person for office supplies and copier maintenance
- Provides building access & parking authorization to new hires
