Research Interest
I have studied Sustainable Development throughout my academic career, including a semester at Oxford University in 2000 and am continuing this study at the Bloustein School. I believe that we must move beyond efforts at environmental protection. Instead we must develop new lifestyles that integrate natural and human communities. I am currently studying ecovillages in an attempt to better understand how we can create such sustainable communities.
